It's funny that travelling into London day after day at the same time means you start seeing the same people everyday! Plus more amusingly, you also notice their idiosyncrasies!

Sore Monday

Not particularly that it's a Monday, but another 13 km run yesterday (albeit last 1.5km walked) and calf muscles are tighter than anything today!
