Back into London on a day I thought I was working from home, for some additional Vestibule Rehabilitation Therapy. Hoping for some insight from the nurse, but we'll see how we get on!

Hmm fate

Finally got another Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy session in tomorrow and what would you know? Dizziness has decreased a fair amount!

Good Health

Of course the good health feels most important right now, firstly with Sardine and secondly as I have unfortunately managed to start the year with another bout of labyrinthitis. 2018 is the year I will definitely beat it!

Labyrinthitis

Getting royally pissed off with this dizziness and confusion now! This really really needs fixing!

Sore head

Must remember to check out with the wife why my head is feeling strange at the back / too...especially as the dizziness hasn't disappeared!
