Really happy with it, felt good, felt warm and never felt like breaking down! Nips a bit sore though!

Back into London on a day I thought I was working from home, for some additional Vestibule Rehabilitation Therapy. Hoping for some insight from the nurse, but we'll see how we get on!
Fingers crossed something comes out of it!

Quiet week
Made slightly harder by the state of the weather and Angus not sleeping through the night due to coughing problems!
Was up for an hour last night then had him in bed for an hour more which hasn't helped my tiredness!

A quiet Sunday
A quiet day after all the fun of the fair yesterday, lie in for me then to Leatherhead for swimming. Wee man seemed to enjoy it, but hard to tell. Then a wee sleep before a trip to the park with half of Surbiton by the feel of it!

The star of yesterday
Along with Angus, was little Sprout the Dwarf Hamster! Angus loved him and was actually very good with him, despite apparent squashing going on here!

Belatedly posting Saturday Rugby Parkrun
Enjoyed yesterday's trip to Tom and Kat in Lutterworth, pictures to come, but enjoyed some Parkrun touring yesterday too at Rugby Parkrun. Course was wet and muddy, and the short hill you take on twice was very challenging, worked well for a minute as that's where I overtook lots of folk!
Enjoyable, finished 30th in a good time of 23:49 so happy days!

Great Customer Service
Can’t argue with T.M. Lewin and their customer service.
Took an online purchased shirt in and they not only replaced with correct size but made sure it was the right size too!
Happy days

Commute Home, we’re standing!!!
Left work a little early to increase chances of getting home, 5 minutes before train home leaves and there are no seats on the train! Thanks RMT, thanks southwestern railways and thanks to the British Government!
Strikes
Well, another day when the good people (sic) of the RMT have decided that a strike day, week of strike action will help the economy and everyone's wellbeing!
Happily the journey wasn't too bad today and I felt relatively unaffected by the action this morning! Will see how things look this afternoon, but fingers crossed it's ok! 🤞🏻

Volunteering 2018
Off for another stint of volunteering at Crisis at Christmas today. Booked in to be a driver so if you're on the streets of South East England today best be a bit wary!
Very cold and windy (cold from wind) so hopefully nothing additional to dodge on the roads! All that courtesy of Winter Storm Eleanor!

First day back
Can't really complain actually, it's gone reasonably well.
Got lots done, loads of bits and bobs ticked off and means I should be good to knuckle down to something substantial on Thursday. Back out volunteering tomorrow.
Still feeling a bit dizzy, but nothing like yesterday so I will take what I have right now!

Let’s Go
Anyway, onwards and upwards, let’s enjoy the day and world as it is!
Been for a run (loved the size of the recycling bins everywhere with post Christmas beer cans and wine bottles!) and now feeling happy in bed and watching some darts (Phil the Power Taylor’s last ever game) before a good nights rest and some more fun no doubt back in the commute tomorrow!
Good Health
Of course the good health feels most important right now, firstly with Sardine and secondly as I have unfortunately managed to start the year with another bout of labyrinthitis. 2018 is the year I will definitely beat it!
Happy New Year
Well only 21 hours late, but Happy New Year one and all! Here’s hoping for a fruitful 2018 with lots of happiness and good health!
