Day 4 Lockdown...better
Had a much better day today, felt useful and although busy, realised there was stuff that might not get done.
Always better to have days like this of course, but highlights the mental challenge that goes with lockdown, and still wanting to avoid the physical challenge of fighting the virus!!!
A genuinely incredible and quite emotional moment at 8pm with the #clapforourcarers Moment!

Day 3...
And the most stressful yet, really struggled balancing professional and personal life! Felt inadequate in both, stressed out and just not an enjoyable day.
Did manage to get kids to horses again and woods, but just not a great day. Felt tired, body ached and Joe Wicks has me hurting even more now! One to forget!

Easing into Lockdown - Part 2
The lady wife cooked a stunning meal, then she did bath times, and I did the Joe Wicks workouts from Monday and Tuesday this week. Meant for school kids, but a real lung buster, he has probably won Corona Virus 2020 right now!
I think we're going to be in this for a long time to be honest, 3 weeks minimum, but I can see us going to Summer and onwards,
Think Britain will be buff, fit, have beautiful gardens and drinking problems!

Easing into Lockdown
So two full days at home now as a Result of the Covid-19 virus, day 1 under old Social distancing rules, Day 2 really Lockdown.
Been interesting, yesterday overwhelming getting myself back up to speed, today very stressful with Amanda working too, feeling like not really winning as a staff member or as a Dad. Of course these things will take time.
Did enjoy playing with the kids though, bit of gardening, then play-doh, sleeps then a walk to see horses and play in the woods (see photos) including one beautifully taken by Angus!
