Darkness

Wow, it's dark in the mornings at the minute! Most probably as it's the latest date possible this Sunday (31st) for the clocks to go back.

Once again though, there are folk who want this to stay, keeping the clocks on BST to allow us to enjoy more light at the end of the day!

I would like to try both before deciding though to be honest!

5km done and dusted at Kempton Park! Nice and flat so time of 25 mins not great, still after playing a match yesterday it's not too bad!
