More sunshine and great views from Meribel!

Day 2

And it was sunny skies and good snow in Val Thorens! Had to change boots and skies early, but enjoyed a fairly chilled morning on my own.

Spent afternoon with Amanda and the new starters, which was really good, as they had all started well and got down some hard greens in the afternoon.

Pub Crawl tonight so we will see how it goes!

Day 1 skiing

Wow what a long day, awake at 2.30am about 15 minutes sleep all day, so very tired now!

Got to Val Thorens fine though and even managed about 30 minutes skiing in the afternoon, with Amanda skiing for the first time, and she did very well!

Anyway off to bed for sleeps now!

Day trip to London

Well morning trip so it was strictly speaking! Still plenty of fun to be had on Virgin and London Midland trains!

Headed over on the MV Argyle from Wemyss Bay to Bute today, Rothesay to be precise for a day of walking and chilling before Hogmaney in Edinburgh!
