That was a great nights sleep

The alarm had to wake me up in the end!

Is really making me suffer just now! Still got two and a bit hours to go in the day too!

Woke up at 4.30 ish this morning and couldn't get back to sleep!

Could be a long day today! Especially as 7-8pm meeting!

Qatar Airways Lounge

Here we go then, off to Singapore via Qatar onboard Qatar airways, heard good things and certainly the lounge does not disappoint!

Terminal 4 at Heathrow really does...how BA used it for so long is really very strange! To think people used it to fly on Concorde too!

Why

Singapore for 10 days unfortunately, and last minute to boot so poor Amanda is solo with Angus for the period! Feel bad, but help from Aunty Elaine, Aunty Jill and Granny!

Commuting faux pas!

Carrying two additional suitcase type bags on a train into London in rush hour! Can't think of many other apparently perfectly normal things to do that are during said period in London totally socially unacceptable!

Back to Normality

So the choice today was slow train or a 5-car coach fast train that used to be a 12 car train! Slow train it was!

Made me think about yesterday's train at Dubai airport! I certainly like the train driver of that one!

Enjoyable day despite less than awesome weather at The Atlantis Hotel, mostly spent at the water park there Aquaventure!

We're now well into Day 2, but our first full day in Dubai and all things set fairly well, jet lag has been just about won over, hotel is nice, food immense in quality and quantity and the little guy is loving time with his Mummy and Daddy! Considering we're in the desert though, you'd have thought it would have been warmer, as an ex-pat local commented as we walked past earlier...it's freezing, wearing in 20 degree temperatures, a puffer jacket and woolly hat!!!

Finally...

This Adult Reflux feels like it's diminishing in impact! Let's hope it stays that way for a wee while and I get a run of being healthy!

It's made me have a re-think on priorities and feeling generally happier about life in general just now. What i must do though is be strict with myself and hold myself accountable for more things!

How?

Two days after the event and watching a replay, I cannot work out how those New England Patriots came back to beat the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI. There were approximately 10-15 moments, where it was: 'If this doesn't work for the Pats, they're done!' Every single time they came through!
Unbelievable!
