It's so much more humid this time than I remember, mind I may have gotten over my jet lag better before running last time! As you'll see in a minute I hit the trail good and hard already!

Starts high, but diminishes during the day...never seen goalposts move as much in my life as they do right now!

Had a dreamy sleep last night
Slept very well and quite long! Forgot to set the alarm this morning too, so woke up at 7.45 and had to rush a touch to get into the office at a reasonable time!
