Such great views from the office in Singapore yet there is a continued effort to keep all the blinds shut, properly keeping the outside, outside!
I'd be inspired by the views if I'm honest, but seems like it's all different to different people!

Fuck Off

Why would anyone bomb a concert venue where teenagers are going to watch a favourite artist? In what world is that really going to achieve anything! Very sad today and it feels worse when you're a long way away from family and other loved ones!

Holy Humidity

It's so much more humid this time than I remember, mind I may have gotten over my jet lag better before running last time! As you'll see in a minute I hit the trail good and hard already!

Hopefully no 3am wake up tomorrow!

Motivation...

Starts high, but diminishes during the day...never seen goalposts move as much in my life as they do right now!

Need to get head down and get work done then enjoy June and holiday in July!

Weather different to last time too

Been raining almost constantly since I arrived and even lightning flashing about this morning!

Jet lag

Is an absolute bastard by the way! Going to be a looong day at work, then need to try and stay awake as long as I can this evening!
