So managed to actually remember to get back on here on Day 2! Day 1 was not too bad actually, whilst busy it also had the added benefit of being successful so that's a good start to the year!
Also as you'll see from the last Post via Strava, I even managed to sort myself out and get quite a long run in for the new year! Felt pretty good during, pretty good in the immediate aftermath, but this morning my legs are very sore! Will try for an elongated walk at lunchtime to get the lactic acid out of the muscles!
Day off tonight, will see the little one, don bath and bedtime then will watch Tottenham vs Chelsea, suddenly a big match with respect of the title and we're only in January!
